Team Review
Our team will carefully review your report and the proof you provide. This typically takes up to 24 hours.
3-Day Notification Period
If we find the report to be credible, the account holder will be notified once per day for three consecutive days as a safeguard. This gives them the opportunity to dispute the report if it was made in error.
Final Wishes Released
If the report goes undisputed after three days, their Final Wishes information will be securely delivered to you and all other verified trusted contacts via email.
Important: Filing a false death report is a serious matter with potential legal consequences. Only submit this form if you have genuine knowledge and valid proof of this person's passing.
